I'VE BEEN THERE EVER SINCE THE PRESENT DAY, BY THE WAY, WITHOUT TAKING A VACATION.

.

I'VE BEEN WORKING HARD TRYING TO HELP OUT CHURCH AND I CONTINUE.

AND I ALSO WAS ASKED TO, I WANTED TO PARTICIPATE IN CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF APPEALS, AND I SAID ABSOLUTELY ANYWHERE WHERE I CAN GO OUT AND BE A BENEFIT WITH MY KNOWLEDGE AND MY EXPERIENCE, I'D BE GLAD TO HELP.

NUMBER 10.

READY FOR THAT? NO, WE'RE AT EIGHT.

OR NO SLOW.

YOU SLOW DOWN.

WE'LL GET BACK TO YOU.

I KNOW YOU WANT.

WATCH YOUR TIME ON CAMERA.

LAST LAST MEETING.

I HAD A FULL COOPERATION OF, UH, VICE PRESIDENT AND MYSELF.

.

MR. BADGE QUESTION.

MR. MC? YES.

THIS IS HUMAN SERVICES.

COULD YOU JUST EXPLAIN WHAT THE INVESTIGATORS DO? UH, THERE ARE TIMES THE INVESTIGATORS ARE GONNA HAVE TO DO BACKGROUND CHECKS ON, UH, THE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE COMING DOWN TO, UH, WORK FOR THE COUNTY OR THE COMMISSIONERS.

AND THEY'RE STARTING TO DO BACKGROUND CHECKS.

AND, FOR EXAMPLE, WORKING AT THE ZOO.

WE NEED A BACKGROUND CHECK.

COULD YOU DEALING WITH CHILDREN THAT, SO THAT'S THE TYPE OF BACKGROUND CHECKS THAT, WHERE WAS, WAS THAT ALMOST DONE THROUGH INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES OR WAS IT DONE ON INSPECTOR? THAT WAS DONE, UH, HISTORICALLY, EVEN THROUGH THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT OR THROUGH CORRECTIONS.

BUT THE LAW NOW WANTS US TO DO PRIVATELY AND NOT USE THOSE AGENCIES.

OKAY.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

COMMISSIONERS.

QUESTIONS? COME HEARING NOW.

DO I HAVE A MOVE? IN A SECOND.

I'LL MOVE THE SECOND.

SECOND.

MOVE BY COMMISSIONER COOPER SECOND BY VICE PRESIDENT OF, I MEAN, I'M SORRY.

MOVED BY COMMISSIONER SIBO.

SECOND BY COMMISSIONER VICE.

GRADUATED FROM MARK, MARK TO TAKE RESOLUTIONS.

EIGHT AND

[00:40:01]

NINE OUTTA ONE ROCO.

COMMISSIONER COOPER? YES.

COMMISSIONER GILL.

ABSENT.

COMMISSIONER GRAHAM? YES.

COMMISSIONER JOHNSON? YES.

COMMISSIONER LUCIANO.

ABSENT.

COMMISSIONER O CARRO? YES.

YES.

COMMISS COMMISSIONER.

VICE PRESIDENT PI? YES.

COMMISSIONER? YES.

COMMISSIONER.

PRESIDENT RICHARDSON.

YES.

SO GOOD.

OKAY, MADAM CLERK, LET'S MOVE TO RESOLUTION NUMBER 10, WHICH IS FROM THE OFFICE OF PURCHASING.

THERE YOU GO.

MR. PRESIDENT, UH, THE OFFICE OF PURCHASING WENT OUT.

COMPETITIVE CONTRACT FOR YOUR REQUESTING PERMISSION TO GO OUT, UH, FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR QUALIFIED VENDORS.

PROVIDE CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE ANNUAL IMPLEMENTATION FOR THE COUNTY OPTION HOSPITAL FEE PILOT PROGRAM.

SO THIS ALLOWS US TO GO OUT AND IT'S A ONE TIME APPROVAL FOR THE REST OF MASON IN ESSEX COUNTY.

A ONE TIME APPROVAL.

INTUIT? YES.

.

MR. THIS IS, THIS IS ALLOWING US TO GO OUT TO APPROVE THE COMPETITIVE CONTRACT.

WE DON'T HAVE A CONTRACT RIGHT NOW.

YOU HAVE TO GIVE US THE APPROVAL TO GO OUT FOR A WHILE.

A COMPETITIVE CONTRACT TO COVER WHAT EXACTLY IS A PILOT PROGRAM FOR THE HOSPITAL CENTER? WELL, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? IS AN AIRPLANE PILOT ? I CAN, I CAN ELABORATE A LITTLE BIT.

AS YOU, UH, MARRIED QURAN FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS, WE'VE HAD A PROGRAM THROUGH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, WHICH BASICALLY PROVIDES, UH, REIMBURSEMENT FOR, UH, PAYMENTS FOR MEDIC, FOR MEDICAID PATIENTS.

AND, UM, THIS HAS PROVIDED TREMENDOUS FUNDING FOR OUR ESSEX COUNTY HOSPITALS WHO SERVE MEDICAID PAYMENTS.

IT'S A, IT'S A, IT'S A BIG WIN FOR THEM.

AND AS PART OF THAT, WE ARE ALSO ARE ABLE TO GET A PERCENTAGE OF THAT THAT WE TAKE FROM AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.

AND I THINK LAST YEAR WAS LIKE SEVEN AND A HALF MILLION DOLLARS THAT WE, UH, RECEIVED.

AND THIS YEAR IS GONNA BE LIKE MAYBE EIGHT, EIGHT AND A HALF.

SO IT'S A WIN-WIN, UH, FOR EVERYBODY, PARTICULARLY FOR, UH, THE HOSPITALS THAT, UH, ARE WILLING TO CARE FOR, UH, MEDICAID PATIENTS.

UH, NOT EVERYBODY IS, AND THAT IT ALSO PROVIDES, I THINK, FOR THE INDIVIDUAL SCHOOL WHO ARE IN THAT PROGRAM TO AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET GOOD CARE.

CUZ NOW THE HOSPITALS REALIZE THAT THEY'RE NOT ONLY GETTING THE MEDICAID, UH, PAYMENT, BUT THEY'RE ALSO GETTING THIS ADDITIONAL MONEY AS A RESULT OF PROVIDING SERVICE.

UNDERSTOOD.

I REMEMBER VIVIDLY HAD NOTHING TO DO CALLING COMMISSIONER KOOL.

THANK YOU MR. JACKSON.

UM, FOR JOGGING OUR MEMORY.

UM, HOW DO WE SET THENA? I JUST DON'T REMEMBER WHAT THE DIRECTOR SAID, HOW WE SAID IT.

NOW.

IT'S, IT'S, I I DON'T REMEMBER THE PERCENTAGE, UH, COMMISSIONER, BUT IT'S A SET PERCENTAGE UNDER THE NEW JERSEY AND FEDERAL LAWS A SEPARATE PERCENTAGE OF THE AMOUNT OF, OF THE BILLINGS.

AND I, I DON'T REMEMBER THE PERCENTAGE.

SO ONCE WE DO THIS, UM, I GUESS THE OPTIONS WILL DETERMINE HOW LONG THAT TO STAY IN PLACE.

AND THEN WE COME BACK AND DO IT AGAIN.

IT'S, IT IS ANNUAL.

WE'LL COME BACK ANNUALLY FOR THE, TO APPROVE, TO APPROVE THIS.

OKAY.

THANK YOU.

NOW I WANT INTERRUPT MR. JACKSON.

HISTORICALLY WE WENT OUT FOR AN RFP REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL ANNUALLY, THE DIRECTOR OF THE HOSPITAL CENTER.

ARE YOU ASKING FOR A COMPETITIVE CONTRACT? YOU CAN GO OUT FOR THIS PARTICULAR SERVICE UP TO FIVE YEARS.

OKAY.

AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO COME BACK TO THE BOARD AGAIN.

OKAY.

UP TO FIVE YEARS.

NO EXTENSIONS UP.

NO EXTENSIONS AFTER THE FIVE YEARS, BUT NORMALLY, HISTORICALLY WE GO AFTER THREE YEARS WITHIN TWO YEAR EXTENSION.

THANK YOU.

YOU WANNA RECOGNIZE COMMISSIONER LUCIA? MR. BASS? NO, I DON'T HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.

MC.

YEAH.

THIS, UM, IS THIS THE ACCOUNTING FIRM THAT, DO WE HAVE AN ACCOUNTING FIRM THAT WAS DOING THROUGH YOU, MR. THAT'S CORRECT.

ALRIGHT.

SO ARE WE LOOKING, I MEAN, I MEAN, THIS IS GONNA GO AS COMPETITIVE.

ARE WE LOOKING TO BRING THEM BACK? IS THAT THEY'VE DONE A GOOD JOB AT UP TO THIS POINT FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND.

I YEAH.

ACCORDING TO, UH, MR. MR. NAVIO, UH, THEY DID IT A JOB.

HOWEVER THAT DOES YEAH.

THAT MEANS, RIGHT.

UM, JUST, JUST AS AN ASIDE, ALL THE HOSPITALS ARE MAKING ANIMALS OR, OR ARE THERE SOME THAT THERE'S, THERE'S ONE.

I THINK THAT IS MAYBE LOSING 10, $20,000 OR SOMETHING BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT DOING ANYTHING WITH RESPECT TO MEDICAID, MEDICAID PATIENTS.

BUT MOST HOSPITALS ARE MAKING, I THINK FOUR TO FIVE TIMES WHAT THEY,

[00:45:01]

UH, BILL YET.

AND SO MOST OF THEM, THEY HAVEN'T PUT UP MONEY FIRST.

I THINK THEY WILL BE GOOD MONEY MANY TIMES.

THANK YOU MR. COL.

YOU WANTED TO CHANGE YOUR MIND? NO, I'M FINE.

MR. .

COMMISSIONERS, ANY QUESTIONS OR CABINET HEARING? DO I HAVE A MOVE? SECOND NUMBER 10.

MOVE BY COMMISSIONER JOHNSON.

SECOND BY VICE PRESIDENT VERMONT.

COMMISSIONER SIBEL? YES.

COMMISSIONER VICE PRESIDENT PI? YES.

COMMISSIONER RICARDO? YES.

COMMISSIONER LUCIANO? YES.

COMMISSIONER JOHNSON? YES.

COMMISSIONER BROWN? YES.

COMMISSIONER GILL.

ABSENT.

COMMISSIONER COOPER? YES.

COMMISSIONER PRESIDENT RICHARDSON.

YES.

SO MOVE.

THANK YOU MADAM CLERK.

LET'S MOVE THE RESOLUTION AT 11 AND ADDRESS START OF 45, WHICH FROM THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS, AND THEY BE READ INTO THE RECORD AT A LATER TIME.

MR. JACKSON? THANK YOU PRESIDENT.

MS. A AND, UH, MR. FRANZI ARE HERE FROM, UH, THE BOARD, UH, ALONG WITH THEIR, UH, VENDORS.

GOOD EVENING COMMISSIONERS.

GOOD EVENING.

UM, MR. PRESIDENT, THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS COMES THIS EVENING FOR REVIEW OF CONTRACT AND APPROVAL WITH DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS, SAYING, PROVIDE SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTION, ELECTRONIC ELECTION VOTING MACHINES, UM, FOR 24 FOR 24 0 1 CONTACT AWARD FOR THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $523,175.

JUST PUT YOUR NAME ON THE RECORD.

NICOLE CALL THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS.

THANK YOU.

THE BOARD OF ELECTION COMMISSIONS.

THE VENUE DOMINION VOTING MACHINES FOR THE TABULATORS IN SCANNING DEVICES USED TO TABULATE THE MAIL-IN AND PROVISIONAL BALLOTS.

UH, DURING OUR ELECTIONS, THEY ALSO ASSIST WITH THE ADJUDICATION EQUIPMENT AND FOR WRITING BALLOTS.

THEY ALSO PROVIDE ONSITE AND ROERS, UH, LEADING UP TO THE ELECTION DURING ELECTION DAY AND AFTER THE ELECTION.

THEY ALSO PROVIDE END OF EVENING REPORTING.

UM, AND AT THIS TIME, I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO BRING UP MR. HOWARD KRAMER, WHO'S VICE PRESIDENT, UM, UP DOMINION VOTING, ALONG WITH MR. RON ROSS, REGIONAL SALES MANAGER.

UM, FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS, LET'S GET 'EM UP AND, UH, INTRODUCE YOURSELF.

TELL US WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO, HOW YOU GONNA HELP US? HELLO, MR. PRESIDENT, EVERYBODY.

UH, BOARD.

MY NAME IS RON ROSANIA.

I'M THE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER FOR DOMINION VOTING.

AS YOU ALL PROBABLY REMEMBER ME, I AM AN SIS COUNTY RESIDENT FOR CORONA, CURRENTLY LIVE IN CEDAR GROVE.

UH, SO HOME HOMETOWN, UM, ARE, THIS CONTRACT BASICALLY IS, UH, SPECIFICALLY OUR SERVICES THAT WE PROVIDE TO THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS, UM, WHICH DO COVER THE VOTE BY MAIL, UM, PROCEDURES FOR THE REPROGRAMMING OF THE, OF THE SYSTEM, UH, BALLOTS, AS WELL AS, UH, THE SCANNING PROCESS AND TALLY AT THE END FOR THE, SPECIFICALLY FOR THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS.

AND AS, UH, CLERK SAID, IT ALSO COVERS, UH, ROVERS ON ELECTION DAY.

SO IF ANY ISSUES ARE HAD AND WERE THERE IMMEDIATELY AT ALL TIMES TO MAKE SURE THE QUICK, UM, SOLUTION IS, UH, THANK YOU MR. SHABA.

MAY I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS? THANK YOU MR. MC.

NO QUESTIONS.

COMMISSIONER.

COMMISSIONER SIBO, I HAVE A STATEMENT I'M PLEASED TO VOTE FOR CONSIDERING WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO FOX.

VERY, VERY HAPPY THAT PLEASE, TO CONTINUE TO WORK WITH.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

VERY MUCH.

ELECTION.

UH, HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU HAVE OUT? SOMETIMES THERE'S A LOT OF ISSUES AND ESPECIALLY IN OUR EARLY, UH, HOW MANY DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE ON 11 DAYS TO, TO EXECUTE AND MAKE SURE THAT THINGS ARE SMOOTHLY IN THOSE AREAS? IT VARIES FROM ELECTION, OBVIOUSLY.

UM, WE, THIS, I BELIEVE THE CONTRACT HAS, UH, A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT AS FAR AS OVERFLOW A SPECIFIC NUMBER.

IT VARIES BETWEEN ELECTIONS.

SO, UM, BUT YOU KNOW, IF WE HAVE THE RESOURCES, SO THE MORE THAT YOU NEED NO, WE'RE HERE.

HOW MANY EMPLOYEES DO YOU HAVE STOOD MOTION? UM, WHEN WE, WHEN WE REVIEWED THE CONTRACT, WE, WE KNEW THAT THERE WOULD BE SMALL ELECTIONS.

FOR EXAMPLE, OUR ANNUAL, UH, SCHOOL BOARD WATCHING, WHICH WAS JUST YESTERDAY.

WE HAD A TEAM OF, UH, BELIEVE IT WAS SIX PEOPLE THAT WERE ONSITE.

SMALL ELECTION, ONLY TWO.

BUT IF WERE LOOKING AT SOMETHING AS A PRIMARY OR GENERAL, THE CONTRACT CALLS

[00:50:01]

ANYWHERE FROM UP TO 24 TO 30 ON SITE AND AVAILABLE.

NICOLE, UM, MR. LUCI.

THANK YOU, MR. PRESIDENT.

UM, FIRST OFF, I JUST WANT TO PUT ON THE RECORD, I SUPPORT DOMINION VOTING, UH, MACHINES AS I DID A FEW YEARS BACK WHEN WE SWITCHED OVER.

OH, ACTUALLY IT WASN'T EVEN A FEW YEARS, WAS IT TWO YEARS AGO.

WE SWITCHED OVER, UH, TO NEW MACHINES FROM THE ANTIQUATED MACHINES WE HAD HERE IN ESSEX COUNTY.

I'M, I'M, IT'S GONNA BE PLEASED TO SUPPORT THIS CONTRACT.

YOU KNOW, TO PIGGYBACK ON, UH, WHAT COMMISSIONER SEABOLD SAID, I KNOW THERE WAS A LOT GOING ON IN THE MEDIA AND WE'RE HAPPY THAT THAT WAS CLEARED UP.

AND DOMINION, UM, WAS VINDICATED.

BUT MAYBE JUST BEFORE WE VOTE ON THIS CONTRACT, YOU COULD PUT ON RECORD, UH, THE RECENT SWITCH OVER TO THE MACHINES AND WHY WE SWITCHED OVER TO THE MACHINES AND THE SECURITY, UM, THAT WE HAVE.

UM, THAT LET'S, OUR GENERAL REPUBLIC AND OUR RESIDENTS HERE IN ESSEX COUNTY KNOW ESSEX COUNTY, THAT, UM, OUR ELECTIONS ARE CERTIFIED AND THEY ARE SAFE AND THERE'S NOTHING GOING ON.

CAN YOU JUST GIVE US A, A LITTLE OVERVIEW, RON? THANK YOU.

SURE.

FIRST OF ALL, THANK YOU.

COMMISSIONER ROBERT ZZA, UH, DOMINION VOTING, ESSEX COUNTY RESIDENT.

UM, THANK YOU FOR THOSE KIND WORDS.

UH, COMMISSIONER? UH, YEAH.

SO THE SYSTEM THAT, UH, WE HAVE BEEN USING HERE IN ESSEX FOR ROUGHLY 20 PLUS YEARS, UM, WAS A DIRECT REPORT ELECTRONIC SYSTEM.

THE LOSS HAD CHANGED AND OBVIOUSLY WE HAVE BEEN OF EARLY VOTING, NEW SYSTEMS NEEDED TO BE IMPLEMENTED.

AND THE NEW SYSTEM THAT WE HAVE IS A PAPER BASED SYSTEM.

IT'S A HUMAN HAND MARKED VOTER VERIFIED SYSTEM.

SO EVERY SINGLE VOTE CAPTURED IN ESSEX COUNTY, THERE IS A PHYSICAL PIECE OF PAPER THAT WE HAVE THE VOTER VOTES ON THAT PIECE OF PAPER, WHETHER IT'S VOTE BY MAIL, PROVISIONAL ELECTION DAY, IT DOESN'T MATTER.

WE HAVE A SOLID RECORD, PHYSICAL RECORD TO REFER BACK TO IF EVER NEEDED.

IN ADDITION TO THAT, WHEN THE VOTER INSERTS THEIR BALLOT INTO OUR TABULATION SYSTEM, IT IS NOT ONLY TABULATING WHAT THE BALLOT BUT THE VOTER INTENDED ON THE BALLOT, BUT IT IS ALSO TAKING A DIGITAL IMAGE OF THE FRONT AND THE BACK OF EVERY SINGLE BALLOT THAT GOES THROUGH IT.

THAT ALSO IS WHAT THE COUNTY HAS AS A RECORD, OKAY? AND THEY'RE ABLE TO THEN PROPERLY DO THEIR ADJUDICATION, UM, AND, AND, AND, AND DO THE PROCESS THAT THEY NEED TO HAVE.

SO YOU HAVE A DIGITAL IMAGE OF EVERYTHING.

YOU HAVE A HARD COPY OF EVERYTHING.

THERE'S A LOT OF REDUNDANCY AND A LOT OF SECURITY BUILT INTO IT.

UM, IF ANY CASE FOR ANY LAWSUITS OR ANY, ANY TYPE OF SITUATIONS OR RECOUNTS ARE NEEDED, WE HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH WAYS TO PROVE AND TO VERIFY THAT THE ELECTION RESULTS ARE ACCURATE.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR PUTTING THAT ON THE RECORD.

AND, UH, I JUST THINK, YOU KNOW, AGAIN, A LOT OF FOLKS THAT ARE HERE MIGHT WANT TO HEAR THAT, BUT THESE MEETINGS ARE ALSO STREAMED PUBLICLY AND THERE'S A LOT OF GENERAL PUBLIC, UH, ESPECIALLY TO DISPEL SOME OF THE THINGS THEY MAY HAVE HEARD OF THE MEDIA.

SO THANK YOU, MR. NO, THANK YOU.

UH, COMMISSIONER, THAT WAS A GREAT POINT TO YOU AND COMMISSION DESI, BUT MY TAKE IS JUST A LITTLE DIFFERENT, UM, BECAUSE OF THAT GREAT WINDFALL THAT YOU JUST RECEIVED, IS ANY WAY THAT ESSEX COUNTY CAN GET A DISCOUNT THAT'S TRYING TO SAVE THE TAXPAYERS SOME MONEY? ? NO, THANK YOU.

THANK YOU, MR. PRESIDENT, IF I MAY.

SURE.

UH, HE'S TOO MODEST TO SAY SO, BUT, UM, FOR DOMINION COMPANIES IN THAT WHOLE TRIAL, THEY ONLY HAD TWO REALLY KEY WITNESSES AND ONE, ALMOST THIS GENTLEMAN RIGHT HERE.

THANK YOU.

YOU SHOULDA GOT A BONUS.

.

COMMISSIONER COOPER.

THANK YOU MR. PRESIDENT.

I TOO, JUST WANT TO ECHO THE COMMENTS FOR COMMISSION.

SEAT COMMISSIONER LUCIANO, WE HAVE A GREAT TIME HERE AT HERE, ATES COUNTY COUNTY.

UM, WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SOME OF THOSE ISSUES THAT OTHER STATES DEAL WITH.

SO I'M PROUD OF NIKKI AND THE CLERK AND, UH, CHRIS AND ALL THOSE OTHER OFFICES THAT MAKE SURE OUR ELECTIONS ARE TAPED.

SO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

THANK YOU.

THANK YOU.

THANK YOU GUYS.

UH, DO I HAVE A MOTION IN TO SECOND THE TAPE? I'LL SECOND IT.

RESOLUTION IS 11 AND 45.

ONE MOVED BY COMMISSIONER SIBO.

SECOND.

MY COMMISSIONER LUCIANO ROLL CALL MATTERS.

CLERK COMMISSIONER SIBEL? YES.

COMMISSIONER VICE PRESIDENT POMAR? YES.

COMMISSIONER RICCARDO? YES.

COMMISSIONER LUCIANO? YES.

COMMISSIONER JOHNSON? YES.

COMMISSIONER GRAHAM? YES.

COMMISSIONER GILL.

ABSENT.

COMMISSIONER COOPER? YES.

COMMISSIONER PRESIDENT RICHARDSON.

YES, ABSOLUTELY.

THIS PRESIDENT.

I DON'T BELIEVE YOU DID 45.

YOU YOU, YOU'RE RIGHT.

THAT WAS 11.

LET'S GO TO 45.

OKAY.

WE'RE DOING IT TOGETHER.

YEAH, WE DIDN'T

[00:55:01]

NO, NO WORRIES.

LEAH.

MM-HMM.

.

MR. JACKSON.

UH, MS. ANG, GOOD EVENING COMMISSION BOARD OF ELECTIONS.

UM, COMMISSIONERS COME BEFORE YOU VISIT THIS EVENING TO ASK FOR YOUR REVIEW OF LOCAL FOR A CONTRACT WITH NO INC.

LLC TO PROVIDE THE ELECTRONIC POLL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR 24 MONTHS FOR NATIVE AWARD IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $1,575,250.

KNOWING THIS SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS IS THERE ONSITE IN THE OFFICE AND AROUND ESSEX COUNTY ON ELECTION DATE TO PROVIDE REALTIME REPORTING FROM HOME CONNECTIVITY AND VOTER REGISTRATION AND ALL OUR POLLING LOCATIONS.

IT ALLOWS FOR COMMUNICATION TO POLL WORKERS, REAL TIME REPORTING ON HOW MANY VOTERS ARE SITE, AND PROVIDE TROUBLESHOOTING ASSISTANCE TO POLL WORKERS THROUGHOUT THE ELECTION DAY.

AT THIS TIME, WE WOULD LIKE TO, UM, SORRY.

THEY ALSO PARTNERED WITH THE B E OFFICE FROM, UH, TRAINING MANUALS, TRAINING EQUIPMENT AND TRAINERS PUTTING 2000 PLUS POLL WORKERS ACROSS ESSEX COUNTY.

AT THIS TIME, I'D LIKE TO INVITE MR. DAN PETERS FROM NO, UH, TO COME BEFORE YOU TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.

THANK YOU ALL.

UH, MY NAME IS DANIEL PETERS.

I AM THE SENIOR MANAGER OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR NO INC.

LLC.

UH, WE ARE BASED OUT OF ST.

LOUIS, MISSOURI, AND WE'VE BEEN LUCKY ENOUGH TO WORK WITH ESSEX COUNTY SINCE 2021.

AND, UH, I'LL NOT FOR ANY QUESTIONS.

WHAT EXACTLY, UH, TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE CONTRACT AND WHAT SERVICES YOU PROVIDE.

SO, AS MENTIONED, OUR CURRENT SERVICES THAT WE HAVE BEEN PROVIDING PER ELECTION SINCE 2021, IT'S BEEN SORT OF AN AT THAT TIME.

EACH ELECTION, THEY REQUESTED CERTAIN AMOUNT OF STAFFING AND PEOPLE, THIS ACTUAL CONTRACT, WE'RE ABLE TO REDUCE THAT COST BY 15% OFF WHAT WE HAVE BEEN PROVIDING.

SO YOU ASKED ABOUT A DISCOUNT EARLIER, AND I, AS WE ARE PROVIDING 15% DISCOUNT FOR A TWO YEAR CONTRACT IN THIS REGARD, THE CURRENT SERVICES THAT WE PROVIDE INCLUDES POLL WORKER TRAINING, PROVIDING THE HARDWARE, AS WELL AS PROVIDING MAINTENANCE ON THE HARDWARE FOR TRAINING POLL WORKERS DURING THE EARLY VOTING PERIOD.

WE STAFF A TECHNICIAN AT EACH OF THE EARLY VOTING SITES TO ENSURE THAT THE BALLOT PRINTING PULL PRINT UNITS ARE PRINTED WITHOUT ISSUE AT THIS POINT, UM, DURING ELECTION DAY.

AND IT, AND IT'S SCALABLE.

SO DURING A SMALLER ELECTION, SUCH AS YESTERDAY'S ELECTION, WE HAD ONE STAFF MEMBER IN OFFICE ANSWERING PHONES.

AND ANOTHER ROVING AROUND TO POTENTIAL ISSUE SITES DURING A LARGER ELECTION, SUCH AS A PRIMARY, WHICH IS UPCOMING OR EVEN THE GENERAL NEXT YEAR OR GENERAL THIS YEAR, UM, I BELIEVE THIS CONTRACT ALLOTS FOR A SCALING UP TO UP TO 65 PEOPLE TO MAKE SURE THAT THERE ARE ALWAYS PEOPLE WITHIN MINUTES OF ANY SITE ALL AROUND THE COUNTY.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THAT EXPLANATION.

MR. I HAVE ANY QUESTION QUESTIONS.

MR. MC? NO QUESTIONS COMMISSION.

MR. THE COOPER? THANK YOU, MR. PRESIDENT.

ONE QUICK QUESTION.

UM, ALL OF THIS IS WIFI NOW.

RIGHT? WE GIVE EACH SITE A BACKUP, RIGHT? IF WE HAVE CONNECTIVITY ISSUES.

SO, UH, YESTERDAY WE ACTUALLY PILOTED A CELLULAR CONNECTION ON A ONE-TO-ONE DEVICE.

AND WE SAW AMAZING, WE HAD, UH, EVERY UNIT CONNECTED BY THE TIME POLLS OPEN, WHICH MEANT THAT THEY WERE UP AND RUNNING EXCEPT FOR ONE SITE, AND WE HAD A ROVER OUT THERE.

SO BY WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF POLLS OPENING EVERY SITE WAS AS UP TO DATE AS THAT MORNING WITH THE VOTER REGISTRATION SYSTEM, WE ALSO HAVE REDUNDANCY THAT IS PROVIDED BY THE STATE.

SO DURING EARLY VOTING, IT'S CALLED THE CRADLE POINT, WHICH IS A MUCH LARGER, UH, WIFI HOTSPOT THAT CAN CONNECT UP TO 16 DEVICES ON ELECTION DAY.

IT'S A SMALLER MORNING INDIVIDUAL CALLED A NIGHTHAWK.

BUT YES, EACH SITE HAS, UH, THAT I BELIEVE MOVING FORWARD CORRECTLY, IF I'M WRONG, WE HAVE CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY AS WELL AS A MOBILE HOTSPOT BACKUP.

WELL, YOU GUYS HAVE A GREAT PRODUCT.

IT WAS, I WAS A LITTLE BIT NERVOUS GOING TO THE ELECTRONIC POST BOOKS TWO YEARS AGO, BUT NOW HAVING USED IT, IT WAS REALLY SEAMLESS.

UM, THE SENIORS, YOU KNOW, WERE A LITTLE BIT CONCERNED SOMETIMES THEY'RE NOT, YOU KNOW, WITH, WITH TECHNOLOGY, BUT IT'S WAS REALLY GREAT.

SO THANK YOU.

THANK YOU.

I APPRECIATE THAT.

COMMISSIONER MCC? YES.

I GET MY QUESTIONS FROM, UM, MS. MOOSA YESTERDAY NORTH HAD THE SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION AND, UM, AND, AND ALL THE, UH, ALL THE POLLING SIDES IN IN THE NORTH.

UM, NO ISSUES.

NO ISSUES, SHANE.

EVERYTHING WORKED OUT REALLY WELL.

TRAIN TRAINING EQUIPMENT,

[01:00:01]

UM, VERY DIFFERENT THAN IT WAS A COUPLE YEARS AGO.

IT WAS ROLLED OUT, BUT, UM, I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION CAUSE A COUPLE OF THE, UH, COWORKERS ASKED ME, I REALLY DIDN'T HAVE AN ANSWER TO THAT.

SO THEY'RE UNDER THE UNDERSTANDING THAT, UM, UH, INSTRUCTIONS FOR THEM IS THAT THEY HAVE TO GET TRAINED FOR BEFORE EVERY ELECTION OR ONCE THEY GET A TRAINING FOR ONE BIG, THAT'S, THAT'S THE ONLY TRAINING THAT THEY'LL GET.

SO WAS WHAT WE, WHAT WE REALIZED, UH, WHEN WE CAME OUT OF THE 2022 GENERAL ELECTION, THERE WERE A LOT OF MISTAKES THAT WERE MADE BY OUR AWARDS.

UM, THAT THEN TRANSLATES TO A LOT OF, UM, PAPERWORK IN MY OFFICE, UM, WHICH KIND OF MAYBE SLOWS DOWN THE RESULTS.

SO WE HAVE TO WORK A LOT FASTER.

UM, WHAT I THOUGHT WAS IMPORTANT WAS TO MAKE CERTAIN THAT ALL OF OUR COWORKERS WERE TRAINED.

SO I I MADE IT MANDATORY THAT IF YOU WANTED TO WORK, YOU HAD TO BE TRAINED.

SO IF THEY, IF THEY'RE TRAINED ONCE, WE WILL BE PUTTING UP ON OUR, UM, OUR ELECTION WEBSITE, A VIDEO THAT THEY'LL HAVE TO LOOK AT, AND THEY'LL GET A WHOLE CERTIFICATE SAYING THAT, YES, I DID WATCH IT, I DO UNDERSTAND IT.

AND I AM TRAINED TO CONTINUE WORKING THE ELECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE ELECTION YEAR THAT I AM HOPING TO HAVE.

AS THINGS CHANGE AND THINGS DO CHANGE YEAR TO YEAR, THE TECHNOLOGY IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING.

IF THEY NEED TO COME IN FOR TRAINING, IT WILL BE MANDATORY AND NEED TO KNOW THAT ALL OF OUR BOARD WORKERS ARE TRAINED AND, AND READY TO ACCEPT THE VOTERS AS THEY, AS THEY COME TO THE POLL SITES.

THAT'S GREAT.

THAT'S GREAT.

I KNOW TRAINING OF POLL WORKERS IS CRITICAL TO ELECTIONS.

YES.

SO THEY HAVE TO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING, ESPECIALLY WITH THE NEW EQUIPMENT.

YES.

UM, AND THE NEW MACHINES, THE NEW, UH, TABLETS AND ALL OF THAT.

BUT YESTERDAY, I CAN'T TELL YOU THAT, UM, RESULTS WERE VERY WELL.

THE COWORKERS THAT I HAD CAME IN CONTACT WERE ALL VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE YES.

ON MACHINES AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

THEY, THEY'RE CONCERNED ABOUT THAT TRAINING EVERY SINGLE I KNOW.

YES.

WE'LL, WE'LL GET, YOU KNOW, QUA THAT RUMOR THAT'S OUT.

THERE'S, WE'LL, WE'LL GET THE RIGHT INFORMATION OUT.

THAT'S AN OKAY PROBLEM, BECAUSE MAKING SURE THAT PEOPLE ARE TRAINED WHEN THEY COME TO WORK, IT IS WHAT'S CRITICAL.

YES.

YOU'RE, YOU'RE ENSURING THAT BY THAT.

SO IF THEY HAVE TO GO TRAINING, THEY WANNA WORK, THEN THAT'S WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO.

SO THANK YOU.

THANK, UM, IF YOU DON'T MIND, SIR, UM, I WOULD JUST LIKE TO ALSO JUST REPORT OUT ONE, THE COMMISSIONERS HAD ASKED A FEW MONTHS BACK BUDGET.

I THINK I ANNOUNCED THAT YOU WERE ROLLING OUT A YOUTH INITIATIVE.

AND WE ARE HAPPY TO REPORT THAT WE'VE NOW HAD THREE, UM, COWORKER CLASSES, UM, WITH, UH, STUDENTS FROM VO TECH.

UM, I THINK DONALD MCCANE IS ALSO.

UM, SO OUR KIDS ARE READY TO START PARKING WITH SOME OF OUR SENIOR POOL WORKERS.

SO YOU'LL BE HEARING AND SEEING MORE ABOUT THAT IN THE, UH, IN THE AFTERNOON ELECTION.

THAT IS GREAT.

IT'S POSSIBLE TO GET THE SCHEDULE OF WHAT YOUR TRAININGS ARE.

ABSOLUTELY, YES.

AND CONSTITUENT OR STUDENTS, YOU KNOW, FROM HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE NORTH, UH, OR SCHOOLS THAT INTERESTED WHY, WHY ONLY THE NORTH AND THE EAST CAUSE DISTRICT ONE, BUT FOR, YOU KNOW, ANY, ANY, ANY STUDENT THAT MAY BE INTERESTED.

ALL THOSE ALL.

SO IF AGAIN, I, UH, ANSWER COLLECTIONS, UM, ANYONE WHO GOES TO OUR WEBSITE, WHICH IS UH, ES ESSEX COUNTY WORLD ELECTIONS.ORG, WILL FIND THE TRAINING SCHEDULE.

AND WE ALSO HAVE THESE WHOLE INITIATIVE, UH, FORM FOR STUDENTS WHO WANT TO BECOME COWORKERS AND OF COURSE ANYONE ELSE WHO'S INTERESTED IN, IN BECOMING A COWORKER, BUT THEY WILL HAVE TO GO TO TRAINING.

SO TRAINING IS GOOD.

I AM, SO I'M FOR TRAINING, SO NO, NO FORM.

THANK YOU SO MUCH.

THANK YOU, MR. PRESIDENT.

UM, , MR. AND YOUR PARTNER ARE DOING A FANTASTIC JOB.

HAPPY TO HEAR ABOUT THIS TRAINING.

UM, TRAINING WILL ONLY MAKE US BETTER, YOU KNOW.

UM, QUICK QUESTION.

HOW DO PEOPLE, HOW OFTEN ASKED AND HOW THEY BECOME A COWORKER? IS IT AN ONSITE APPLICATION? DO THEY COME TO YOUR OFFICE TO APPLY? HOW DO YOU DO THAT? THANK YOU, COMMISSIONER.

ER, AND IF I HAVE TO SAY IT AGAIN, .

UM, SO WE'VE BEEN, UM, REALLY WORKING WITH THE, UH, SECRETARY OF STATE'S OFFICE AND A LOT OF FOLKS GO TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE WEBSITE, WHICH THERE'S A FORM THERE.

ANYONE WHO'S INTERESTED IN BECOMING A MOBILE WORKER, UH, UH, SUBMITS THEIR NAME, THE SECRETARY OF STATE THEN FILTERS THAT AND SUBMITS TO OUR OFFICE.

A LIST OF PEOPLE WITHIN ESSEX COUNTY WHO ARE INTERESTED IN BECOMING COWORKERS.

WE THEN TAKE THAT INFORMATION AND SEND EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM AN APPLICATION.

UM, AND ANYONE ELSE WHO'S INTERESTED, AND THEY DON'T HAVE TO GO TO THE STATE WEBSITE, THEY CAN JUST CERTAINLY JUST LOG ON TO ESSEX COUNTY, UH, WEBSITE AND THEY'LL, UPON AN APPLICATION THERE.

WE'VE REALLY BEEN TRYING TO BUILD DIGITAL CUT DOWN ON PAPER.

SO THERE'S SOME REALLY EXCITING NEWS THAT'S COMING DOWN THE PIPE.

I DON'T WANT TO, UH, SAY TOO MUCH TOO SOON, BUT

[01:05:01]

WE'VE BEEN WORKING WITH OUR FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND, UH, MR. JACKSON ON PULLING SOME ON NORTHERN ELECTRONIC PAPER LIST.

ESSEX COUNTY IS BLOWING PAPERLESS.

SO WE'RE, WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT SOME THINGS THAT ARE HAPPENING.

US ONE LAST, UH, NOT QUESTION, BUT JUST FEEDBACK.

UM, WE HAD A LOT OF BOARDS COME IN AND, UH, THEY WORK FROM A DIFFERENT DISTRICT TO VOTE.

UH, AND, UH, THE WORKERS DIDN'T HAVE A LIST OF ALL, OF, ALL OF THE SCIENCE BASED ON ADDRESS.

UM, SO I DON'T KNOW IF ELECTRONICALLY, ELECTRONICALLY, THE POLL IS GONNA PUT, PUT THE ADDRESS DOWN.

THEY'LL TELL YOU WHAT THE POLL SITE, THE ADDRESS IS AT.

ACTUALLY, I'M GONNA, YES.

DANIEL PETERS KNOWING.

SO YES, USING THE PULL PAD, THERE IS A FEATURE CALLED PRECINCT FINDER.

SO AS LONG AS THE ADDRESS IS PART OF THE VOTER, THE VOTER REGISTRATION SYSTEM, IN OTHER WORDS, IT HAS ALREADY BEEN MAPPED IN THE S V R S SYSTEM, IT CAN DIRECT THEM TO THE CORRECT POLLING LOCATION.

SO, UM, THEY'LL TYPE IN THE ADDRESS AND THEN YOU'LL BE ABLE TO ACTUALLY SEE IT GIVES THE DISTRICT, BUT IT DOESN'T GIVE THE, THEY'LL GIVE THE PHYSICAL ADDRESS OF THE POLLING SITE AS WELL AS THEIR DISTRICT THAT THEY SHOULD BE.

OKAY.

COOL.

THANK YOU.

SO THAT, UH, THAT IS GOOD TO KNOW.

SO IT'S SOMETHING TO MAKE SURE WE PUT IN THE TRAINING IF WE'RE NOT ALREADY, SO THEY KNOW TO USE THAT FEATURE.

YES.

MM-HMM.

, THANK YOU.

THANK YOU.

OKAY.

SO I NEED TO MOVE IN A SECOND TO TAKE 45.

UH, THIS IS FOR AN ANTI SOFTWARE THAT DETECT AND PROTECT FORM OF FORMAL MALWARE THAT I INTRODUCE TO THE COMPUTERS.

UM, AND MR. HUNT JUST HAS ASKED THAT THE, THAT COULD BE THE LIMIT OF WHAT I SAID.

CAUSE YOU PEOPLE LISTEN, GET IDEAS WHAT WE HAVE ON THAT.

YEAH.

IF IT'S BLACKBERRY, THEY DIDN'T HAVE AN OBSOLETE ANYWAY.

.

ACTUALLY, THEY'RE CORPORATE SECURITY THOUGH, EVEN THOUGH THEY'VE NOT PUT THEIR PHONES ANYMORE, BUT HAVE THEIR PHONES WAY BACK.

SECURITY WAS SO GOOD.

SO THEY'RE ACTUALLY BRANCHING OUT.

THIS IS NOT BREAKING OUT.

THEY'VE HAD SECURITY FOR A WHILE AND, AND IT IS, UM, AGAIN, WE CALL, I WASN'T ASKING YOU ANY QUESTIONS.

, MR. BAD? NO QUESTION.

THANK YOU, MR. MCIN.

MSBA, I DON'T HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.

MR. MCIN.

NO QUESTIONS.

COMMISSION ISK.

THANK VICE PRESIDENT.

THANK AS JOSH INDICATE THESE DISCUSSED AT AN OPEN, WE REVIEWED ALL OF THAT EXTENSIVELY.

PRESENT TONIGHT.

GOVERNOR, EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY.

THAT'S NEXT COMMISSION.

IS THERE OTHER QUESTIONS OF COMMISSION? VICE PRESIDENT.

THANK YOU.

NUMBER 20, REQUESTED THAT LEADERSHIP THAT HELPED ME OUT TO DO THIS WAS INTEREST.

I SEE THAT THE DESIGN, THIS IS A DESIGN SERVICES, SO WE ARE THE FINAL STAGE CHAIR.

UM, THAT THERE ARE THREE EXISTING BALL FIELDS, WHICH WILL BE USED TO TWO SOFTBALL FIELDS.

CAN YOU ELABORATE ON WHY THAT WOULD BE? IMAGINE THERE'S SMALLER, THREE SMALLER FIELDS TO MAKE TWO LARGER.

ONE IS THAT OTHER ONE, UH, JUDGE ES COUNTY PARTS, UH, I'M READING MY NOTES, UH, HERE.

MOVING EXISTING INSTALL TWO.

I THINK IT HAS TO DO, UM, BASICALLY WITH THE INFIELD CONSIST IT'S GONNA BE, UH, SYNTHETIC IN THE INFIELD.

SO I THINK, UM, I THINK IT'S KIND OF, UH, MISWORDED,

[01:20:01]

UM, I WOULD SAY.

BUT THERE ARE AIRCRAFT, THERE ARE THREE FIELDS THERE, AND IT IS REMAINING THREE FIELDS.

UM, BUT I CAN'T GET CLARIFICATION IF TWO OF THEM ARE SOFTBALL OR THREE OF THEM.

UH, WELL CAME BACK TO YOU.

YEAH, I'D APPRECIATE.

YEAH.

CAUSE I'M SURE THAT, YOU KNOW, THAT MAY, I'M NOT SURE HOW THAT, WOULD YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHO PRIMARILY USES THESE FIELDS? WHAT LOCAL ATHLETIC TEAM TEAM OR THREE? MR. I WOULD, TO GO BACK TO THAT, I CHECK THE PERMIT STEP, BUT, UM, AS, UH, AS, UH, MR. DO'S POINTING UP, WE DO HAVE THE, UH, THE FIRM THAT'S DESIGNING THE FIELDS, UM, WHICH IS GONNA BE, UH, NUMBER 27.

BUT IF YOU'D LIKE ME TO INVITE, UH, MY NAME IS BRIAN .

I'M A PRINCIPAL OF NELIA GROUP.

UH, THANK YOU FOR THE AWARD OF THE DESIGN.

UH, WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING HERE, ES COUNTY ON THIS PROJECT.

AND, UH, AS WE GO THROUGH THE DESIGN PROCESS, WE'LL GET FEEDBACK FROM ESS COUNTY RECORD DEPARTMENT AND THE NEEDS THAT ARE NEEDED.

WE ALSO HAVE, UM, WE ANTICIPATE THAT WE'LL GET FEEDBACK FROM BELLVILLE REC.

THEY DO USE THOSE FIELDS AND, UH, COME UP WITH A PROJECT THAT IS SUITABLE, UH, FOR ALL THE STAKEHOLDERS THAT WE USE, THE, THE FIELDS.

CAN YOU ELABORATE MORE ON THE, UH, CHANGE FROM, IF, IF THIS IS CORRECT, FROM THREE SMALL, UH, BASEBALL FIELDS TO SOFTBALL FIELDS? WHAT WOULD DIFFERENTIATED BASEBALL FIELD ON THE SOFTBALL FIELD? I DON'T.

RIGHT.

SO, UH, WHEN WE GO THROUGH THE DESIGN PROCESS, IF I GET AN, UH, CENTER FIELD OF 210 FEET, THAT GIVES ME A GIRL SOFTBALL AS WELL AS, UM, LITTLE LEAGUE OF BASEBALL.

SO I CAN GET A TWO FOR ONE.

SO IF IT'S TWO FIELDS, I CAN GET FOUR FIELDS IF I CONNECTED THE DIMENSIONS WORK.

SO IT MAY BE THAT'S WHAT THE DESIGN INTENT WILL BE.

IF I CAN GET TO THOSE, UM, NUMBERS TO GET THE MINIMUM, UM, DISTRICT, LITERAL LEAGUE, UH, DEEP CENTER AS WELL AS WOMEN'S, UH, SOFTBALL DEEP CENTER, A LOT OF TIMES I CAN DESIGN THEM SO I CAN GET TWO MULTIPURPOSE SHOES OUT OF THE FIELD.

OKAY.

AND WITH RESPECT TO THE LOWER FIELD, IS WHAT'S, IS, IS THAT WHAT NOW BEING REMAINING BUT JUST CONVERTED TO CHURCH THAT CORRECT.

CORRECT.

AND, UH, WE'VE HAD THE PLEASURE OF JUST FINISHING, UH, JUST BY WAY OF INTRODUCTION, UH, I'M AN HEALTHY RESIDENT, UH, AND, UH, RESIDENT ALL MY LIFE.

MOST OF OUR STAFF WENT TO N G I T, EITHER GREW UP IN BLOOMFIELD, NUTLEY, UH, NEWARK, AND I STAYED WITH THE FIRM FOR A MINIMUM OF FIVE TO SIX YEARS.

SO WE WERE WELL VERSED IN, UH, ESS COUNTY DEMANDS AND WHAT THEY NEED.

AND, UH, THEY LOOK FORWARD TO DOING THAT.

AND THEN WITH RESPECT TO INSTALLING THE TURF, WE'VE DONE, I, MY PERSONALLY MYSELF, I THINK I'VE DONE 30 ACRES OF TURF, UH, TURF FIELDS TO TODAY.

WELL, I'M NOT REALLY QUESTIONING THE, THE CREDENTIALS OR ANYTHING.

I'M MORE A LITTLE BIT MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE NUMBER FROM THREE, TWO AND HOW THAT WORKS AND THE STAKEHOLDERS.

SO JOSH, IF YOU COULD GET BACK TO ME ON THE PERMITS AND WHO ARE THE USERS THERE, JUST TO ENSURE I KNOW, BUT I'M SURE, UH, I KNOW LITTLE LEAGUE IS HUGE IN THIS AREA.

I JUST WANNA MAKE SURE THAT THE FIELDS WILL, UH, BE SUFFICIENT.

WELL, THERE THAT FOR AS WELL.

SO I JUST WANNA MAKE SURE YOU COVER, DEFINITELY GET BACK TO THAT INFORMATION.

BUT AS THE DESIGNER NOTED, IF WE COULD DO KIND OF A TWO FOR ONE ON EACH FIELD, IT WOULD ONLY INCREASE SOME, YOU KNOW, HOW THE DEMAND ON THOSE BID SOUNDS.

THANK YOU.

THANK YOU, MR. NO THANK YOU.
